
Ok so this year was our first garden... we planted everything from seeds.. and didnt really know what we were doing..
Lesson 1 : one seed per hole!!!!! (poor carrots)

Lesson 2 : Tomatoe plants get WAY bigger than you might think.

Lesson 3 : Dont plant bitter lettuce ( plant the non-bitter kind)

Lesson 4: The bigger the NOT better with squash! pick them while they are young and small..( this pic is too small obviously)

WE are still having fun though.

The kids got a kick out of our funky carrots.

And this is the start of our Granny Smith apple tree! yay
